Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Gateperson (Gateman) to join our team on a busy construction site in Ratoath. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety, managing access, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the entrance.
Key Responsibilities:
Control access to and from the site, ensuring only authorised personnel enter
Monitor deliveries and log incoming/outgoing vehicles
Direct traffic safely within the site
Maintain a clean and organised gate area
Communicate effectively with site management and workers
Follow all health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Valid Safe Pass card (essential)
Manual Handling certificate (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
