An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM professional to join a growing engineering environment delivering large-scale energy projects across Ireland and Europe. This role is suited to candidates at Engineer, Coordinator, or Manager level, depending on experience. You will play a key role in the digital delivery of complex infrastructure and energy projects, ensuring BIM standards, coordination, and workflows are effectively implemented across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM processes across multiple energy projects
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Coordinate multidisciplinary models (MEP, civil, structural) to ensure clash-free design
Oversee model federation, data management, and quality control procedures
Liaise with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure BIM compliance
Support project teams with BIM-related technical expertise and troubleshooting
Conduct clash detection using tools such as Navisworks or similar platforms
Ensure alignment with industry standards (ISO 19650 and project-specific requirements)
Attend site visits as required to support project delivery and coordination
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Proven experience in BIM roles within engineering, construction, or energy sectors
