Our client, a leading engineering and construction specialist, is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Arklow with travel to Belgium . This is a key role within a high-performing commercial team, offering exposure to a large-scale, technically complex development. The successful candidate will take ownership of the commercial management of MEP works, ensuring strong cost control and supporting the successful delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial activities across the MEP package on a large data centre project
Cost planning, procurement support, and contract administration
Assess variations, manage change control, and produce commercial reports
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and risk management
Requirements
Proven experience as an MEP or Mechanical Quantity Surveyor on large construction or mission-critical projects
Strong mechanical exposure is essential
Solid commercial acumen and understanding of project delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to be based in Arklow with ability to travel to European projects
