We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Trades Foreman to join our growing construction team on a high-quality residential/commercial project in North County Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple trades on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality while maintaining programme deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1)Supervise and coordinate all on-site trades including carpentry, blockwork, plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, and general finishing works
2)Manage subcontractors and direct labour effectively across multiple work areas
3)Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme deadlines
4)Monitor daily progress and ensure productivity targets are achieved
5)Carry out quality checks and ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project
6)Work closely with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors to resolve site issues quickly
7)Maintain a safe working environment and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
8)Report daily progress and manage snagging and handover requirements where required
Requirements Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Trades Foreman role Strong background in residential and/or commercial construction projects Excellent knowledge of multiple construction trades and site coordination Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and quality control Safe Pass and Manual Handling required CSR/SMSTS (advantageous but not essential) Full driving licence preferred
