Maeve at Allsite Staffing is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dublin, delivering high-quality residential developments.

The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a residential project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site project activities
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior management
Drive quality standards and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
Strong background in residential construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
Strong commercial awareness and project planning expertise
