We are a growing fit-out company seeking a Skilled General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be experienced in construction and fit-out environments and confident using a wide range of hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with commercial and residential fit-out projects.
Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Carrying out general carpentry, installation, and finishing tasks.
Assisting tradespeople on-site as required.
Loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fit-out, construction, or maintenance role.
Strong ability to use hand tools, power tools, and site equipment.
Good practical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification preferred.
Full driving licence is an advantage.
