We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a large-scale, long-term construction project based in the Cahir / Cashel area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to secure a long-term position with a reputable contractor delivering a high-quality development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all finishing trades on site.
Ensure works are completed to the highest quality standards.
Manage snagging, inspections, and handover processes.
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme requirements.
Maintain site health and safety standards.
Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and design team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all finishing works are completed on time and to specification.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications.
Full driving licence preferred.
