As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of road and civil engineering projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager and Site Agent with the day-to-day delivery of projects.
  • Carry out site surveying, setting out and quality control.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Junior Engineers.
  • Assist with the management of plant, materials and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate site records, diaries and documentation.
  • Attend site meetings and help resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
About You
  • Experience working as a Site Engineer on road, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Road construction experience is essential.
  • Experience within utilities, drainage or public infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Full clean driver's licence is essential.
  • Strong setting out and surveying experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
