About the Role We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join our landscaping team. The role involves site clearance, garden and landscape preparation, hedge removal, wall demolition, and general labouring duties. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role with consistent hours and excellent rates of pay.
Responsibilities
Site tidy-up and clearance.
Removal of hedges, shrubs, and vegetation.
Breaking out and removing old walls, paving, and other landscape features.
Loading and unloading materials and waste.
Using hand tools and power tools safely.
Assisting landscapers and machine operators on site.
Keeping sites clean, safe, and organised.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or general labouring is an advantage but not essential.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates are desirable (training can be arranged if required).
Full driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
