An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Dublin.
 The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and utility projects across both urban and rural environments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Manage projects from a commercial perspective, including cost-to-complete reporting and claims management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, client representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Review, develop, and coordinate detailed drawings, identifying opportunities for value engineering and efficient design.
  • Prepare design packs from concept through to detailed design, incorporating environmental, archaeological, and other project requirements.
  • Produce clear and accurate project reports, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop project teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Coordinate effectively across multiple departments and project stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement of team structures, processes, and supply chain development.
Requirements
  • Full clean driver's licence (essential).
  • Relevant third-level qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience delivering civil engineering, drainage, and utilities projects, particularly within the water and electricity sectors.
  • Experience working under GCC, FIDIC, and NEC forms of contract.
  • Knowledge of structures, buildings, and general civil engineering works, including steel-framed buildings and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working to strict deadlines.
  • Professional approach with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
