Concrete Supervisor - Night Shift | Data Centre Project | Dublin
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor / General Foreman to join a major Data Centre project in Dublin on a night-shift basis. Hours: 5pm-4am Rate: €42-€47 per hour DOE Shift: Night Shift The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all concrete activities during the night shift, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards and in line with the project programme. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise reinforced concrete works and large concrete pours
Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pumps and deliveries
Manage subcontractors, labour and plant throughout the shift
Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
Coordinate pre-pour checks and QA/QC requirements
Monitor safety, quality and productivity on site
Identify and resolve issues that could impact the programme
Provide clear handovers to the day-shift management team
Requirements:
Strong background in reinforced concrete and formwork
Previous experience as a Concrete Supervisor, General Foreman or Senior Concrete Foreman
Experience managing large concrete pours
Ability to read and understand structural drawings
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Data Centre, Pharma, Industrial or other large-scale project experience preferred
