We are looking for an experienced and reliable Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our workshop team Clondalkin, Co. Dublin.
The Role This is a workshop-based position involving the fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing of metalwork projects. The successful candidate must have previous welding and metal fabrication experience and be able to produce high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricating and assembling steel and metal components
MIG/TIG welding and general welding work
Cutting, drilling, grinding and preparing materials
Reading and working from technical drawings and measurements
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Carrying out quality checks on completed work
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop
Following all company health and safety procedures
Requirements
Previous welding experience is essential
Previous metal fabrication experience
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good timekeeping and reliability
Strong health and safety awareness
