We are looking for a Skilled General Operative to join our site team in Galway.
The ideal candidate will have good construction site experience, be practical and reliable, and be confident and competent using a wide range of power tools.
Requirements
Previous construction site experience
Must have a valid Safe Pass
Must have a valid Manual Handling certificate
Must be competent using a wide range of power tools, including drills, grinders, saws, impact drivers and other common site equipment
Good knowledge of general construction site practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Additional construction tickets/qualifications are an advantage
Duties
General site duties and assisting trades
Using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Assisting with site preparation and construction activities
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
Following instructions from Site Management
Working in accordance with all health & safety requirements
