Key Responsibilities:
Slinging and directing crane and plant lifts safely and accurately
Communicating clearly with crane operators and ground crew
Managing safe movement of materials and equipment on site
Supporting trades and site logistics when not slinging
Adhering to all safety protocols and site procedures
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Slinger/Banksman ticket
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling
Proven experience working with cranes and lifting operations
Good communication skills and safety awareness
Own transport an advantage
