General Operative – Demolition
Location: Dublin City Centre
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for experienced
General Operatives to join our team on demolition and construction projects in
Dublin City Centre.
The Role The successful candidates will be working as part of a site team carrying out general demolition and construction duties, including:
- General demolition and strip-out work
- Breaking, removing and clearing materials
- Loading and moving rubble and waste
- Manual handling and keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Assisting tradesmen and other site operatives
- Following instructions from site supervisors
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Safe Pass – essential
- Manual Handling Certificate – essential
- Minimum 2 years' relevant construction/demolition experience
- Previous experience in demolition or strip-out work
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Good communication skills
