Site Manager- Demolition Contractor

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a demolition contractor on a project based in Dublin City Centre.
 
This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for further work on upcoming projects.
 
The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and demolition activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and site logistics
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Liaising with the project team and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous Site Manager / Site Supervisor experience
• Demolition or heavy construction experience highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety
• Relevant site qualifications/tickets
• Available to start the first week of October
