We are currently looking for experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team on construction projects across Dublin.
Paye €25 RCT €33-34
The Role As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork and shuttering systems for concrete structures. You will work as part of a professional site team, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Constructing and installing timber and system formwork
Setting out and preparing formwork for concrete pours
Reading and working from drawings and specifications
Installing and stripping shutters safely and efficiently
Ensuring formwork is level, plumb, secure, and accurately positioned
Working closely with site management, engineers, steel fixers, and other trades
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health and safety requirements on site
Requirements
Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter / Shuttering Carpenter
Strong knowledge of formwork and concrete construction
Ability to read construction drawings
Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safe Pass required
Manual Handling required
Relevant trade qualification/apprenticeship is an advantage
