All Site Staffing are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring documentation, compliance, and administration processes are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the site management team.
Maintain accurate records of site documentation, permits, and compliance logs.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist with health & safety compliance reporting.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and site expenses.
Handle general office duties, including data entry and filing.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar role (construction or related industry preferred).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of health & safety requirements is an advantage.
