About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Qualified Carpenter / Attic Installer to join a family-run business specialising in attic and loft conversions across Meath and Dublin. You will work on projects turning empty roof spaces into functional, high-quality living areas, contributing directly to client satisfaction and project success.
About the Company: With over 30 years’ experience, the company has completed thousands of attic conversions and is recognised for excellent customer service and expert advice on energy efficiency. The Director, a qualified Quantity Surveyor, ensures high-quality workmanship and value for clients. The business also includes an in-house BER assessor to help clients maximise the energy efficiency of their homes during conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out attic and loft conversions to a high standard, ensuring quality and safety
Collaborate with clients and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery
Contribute to maintaining efficient workflows, on-time completion, and quality control
Assist with energy efficiency measures as advised by in-house BER assessor
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified carpenter with experience in attic or loft conversions
Must have full carpentry tools
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and measurements
Hands-on approach with attention to quality and efficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a small project team
Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
