Cultural Quarter development - Swords, North Dublin
Residential development - Dublin 7

Permanent, full-time position
Competitive salary: €60,000 – €80,000 DOE, plus company van & benefits
Immediate start would be a plus
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all finishing trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring efficient sequencing and productivity
Implement and manage short-term programmes aligned with the overall project schedule
Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Site Management team, and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations
Inspect and sign off finishing works in accordance with project specifications, building regulations, and quality standards
Identify, manage, and close out snags and defects efficiently
Promote and enforce strict health & safety standards and maintain accurate H&S records
Coordinate material deliveries to ensure continuity of works
Monitor plant usage, labour returns, and site resources
Maintain a detailed daily site diary recording progress, manpower, and key activities
Attend site meetings and report on progress, issues, and upcoming works
Requirements
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or senior finishing supervisor with a main contractor
Strong technical knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and construction standards
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality control
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines
A trade background or qualification in construction management or a related discipline is desirable
